The ASUS P10S-X is a new UP serverboard designed as an Intel Greenlow platform entry model to provide a cost and power-efficient platform. The P10S-X is based on the Intel C232 chipset, featuring dual server-class Intel Ethernet, native 6 SATA 6G onboard, 2 Gen3 expansion slots to provide advanced I/O design. Moreover, it supports up to 4 legacy PCI slots to reserve the usage ability of legacy PCI devices.

The ASUS P10S-X ships with dual server-class Intel Ethernet ports with the I210 controllers, which doubles queues compared to previous-generation Intel controllers. This is better for virtualization applications. In addition, the dual LAN teaming double the network bandwidth and the failover function ensures uninterrupted network connections.

To implement NVMe application on P10S-X, users can directly plug the PCIe NVMe devices or through ASUS-made PCIe to U.2 adapter (ASUS PCIE-NVME1). By using mini-SAS HD to min-SAS HD cable or mini-SAS HD to SFF-8639 cable, the ASUS-made PCIe to U.2 adapter offer flexible NVMe upgrade package on different usage scenario.

ASUS P10S-X serverboard is designed with the platinum power solution with the hand-chosen components and provide platinum efficiency which is up to 93%.
